Page County schools struggle to meet new NCLB standards
Most Page District schools failed the federal No Child Left Behind benchmarks across math English and graduation rates under the 80 percent graduation and 85 86 percent pass targets. Only Luray High and Shenandoah Elementary achieved AYP. Page County High School passed tests but not graduation standards, while Shenandoah Elementary benefited from absorbing Grove Hill students and met AYP.
