The plan seeks better links toward Linville Elkton Grottoes Broad Way Timberville. A public hearing will address Blue Ridge Automotive moving from Harrisonburg. Chad Dove seeks a Harpine Highway rezoning from residential to general business. Dove would relocate his repair shop after traffic upgrades, with a Mount Clinton Pike roundabout funded by the state at a cost around 6 million. Dove bought the parcel for 95000 in July. If approved, he would close an entrance on Va 42 to share access with a Kingdom Hall. Sewer connections via the city are sought and the county approved due to sewer. City votes November 15. Rockingham County warns that without sewer, the project won’t proceed.
