Walkers raise funds to fight cystic fibrosis in Elkton
The Great Strides Walk by the Virginia state chapter of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation drew about 100 participants from Elkton and nearby towns. Team leaders Chrystal Strickler and Ada Strickler coordinated efforts to raise 16500 dollars toward CF research while highlighting Brent Shifflett a long-time CF patient.
