CrossKeys Vineyards earned a gold medal in the Virginia Wineries Association Governor's Cup Case. Its Touriga was selected among 12 wines after five rounds of tastings, competing with 290 wines from 94 wineries. The winery began planting in 2001 and started producing wine in 2008.
