Firewood drive aims to aid Rockingham families this winter
Shenandoah Hardware volunteers collect and donate 75 cords of wood to help households heating with wood amid rising fuel costs. About 200 acres of privately owned land donated the timber while anonymous landowners support the effort. The project, focused on elderly and disabled residents, aims to deliver 75 cords after delivering 50 cords last year.
