Elkton Planning Commission weighs zoning change near Quail Run
At a public hearing Elkton residents criticized a proposed rezoning for three conjoined parcels near Quail Run. Carrington offered limited use clarification, removing about 10 of 38 B-2 uses, leaving department stores and restaurants among permitted options. The commission will recommend denial to the Elkton Town Council, which retains final say, with next meeting set for August 19 at the Elkton Area Community Center.
