Sinai Court No 39 Daughters of Isis held a meeting at the hall Genessee and Central avenue led by Illustrious Commandress Mrs Mary Wetherford. Nineteen members traveled through heat and were refreshed by camel milk Luncheon was served and all left tired yet happy and awaiting the next gathering. Brother Henry Wetherford remains ill in Danville Ky under a specialist care Mrs Wetherford attends his bedside. Brother James W Milligan of St Johns Lodge is very low with little hope for recovery. Other sick brethren include John R Jackson Churchill Thos H Lewis 508 George St H W B Bowman Shelbyville Tenn Fred H King Hospital Indianapolis Ind.

Greer has again been elected Commander-in Chief of King Solomon s Consistory No 20 A A S R Chas L Porter D G M of Dayton Ohio will be in the city on Sunday May 15 1921 to meet the Committee on Revision of the Code Meeting at the hall at 1 30 p m May 16th.
All Sir Knights will appear in full Templar regulation.

Raymond Garfield Dandridge writes the song Supplication dedicated to the Cincinnati NAACP branch sung to America. A large meeting at First Baptist Church Walnut Hills features Rev Green and leaders Rev B S Smith and A L Imes.
Maurice F. Mays was convicted in Knoxville Tennessee and sentenced to die for the murder of a white woman. The jury acted on a single ballot. A new trial hearing is set for May 7. Charles H. Slater, investigator, has raised over 8000 for the defense, arguing a frameup by interested parties.
Dr. Mary F. Waring from Chicago will speak at Carmel Presbyterian Church Sunday evening at eight. Miss Sadie Samuel presides over Women and Mother's Services. Everyone is welcome to hear this distinguished speaker.
