Disbanded Queen May Tabernacle No 32 in 1924 dispute
The Queen May Tabernacle No 32 of the Daughters of Tabernacle within the International Order faced suspension and a legal dispute after officers were to be installed on May 25 1924. Deputies Jacobs and Qualls arrived with tensions rising over alleged unlawful suspensions and financial questions. The lodge suspended itself then pursued courts for records and money. A mass meeting failed to resolve the issue and the lodge withdrew by unanimous vote.
