Police report a gang led by two white men directed two Black partners in a Mill road and Hamilton pike payroll robbery. A stolen car, a shattered truck carburetor, and a getaway toward New Burlington followed the $1,328 theft from Henry Abel. Representative George H. Tinkham of Massachusetts writes to President Harding urging that all parts of the Constitution be enforced with equal vigor. He argues the Eighteenth Amendment is permissive while the Fourteenth's second section is mandatory and currently unenforced, degrading Congress's legitimacy and tainting the House's composition.
In a murder case Judge Charles W. Hoffman sentences a 16 year old to the reform school and a 14 year old to a feeble minded home after daylight robbery at Weinberg bakery 411 David street on November 10 led to the death of John Berens 38 of 3.5 Oliver street. Hoffman identifies James Henry 16 of 518 W. Court street as the killer and urges permanent care for defective youths with criminal tendencies.
In Constantinople a plan is proposed to marry off 150 widowed women once loyal to the former sultan. The group includes 100 eunuchs and many servants. A palace official says the state must find husbands or the women will starve, noting the women are described as young, religious, and well educated in staying at home.

In Shreveport Louisiana December 6 reports say rising wealth among Negro oil workers near Camden Arkansas prompted boisterous displays. A white oil driller named Cotton Persons was shot by a Black worker last Sunday. On Monday night over 250 Ku Klux Klan members marched through Negro oil districts, warning residents to leave. most did, and no violence followed.

The piece denounces the defeat of the anti lynching bill known as the Gill measure by Southern senators using filibuster tactics. As Pullman Railroad Company investigator he will visit major U S cities Canada and Mexico and speak at Tuskegee Institute Hampton Institute and other southern vocational schools. He has helped place many district youths in good jobs and resolved employee disputes. His wife remains in their home after a California trip.
Mrs. Ethel B. Winn, organizer of Colored Women's Clubs of Kentucky, has just returned from the State Federation meeting held in Henderson, Kentucky.
