Doctors link Whitman brain tumor to mass murder
A panel of medical experts reported Governor Connolly that a malignant brain tumor in Charles Whitman’s brain could have contributed to his behavior. The tumor was found at the brain base during autopsy after Whitman fatally shot 14 and injured 32 people from the University of Texas tower.
