MIT 102nd Commencement Honors Two Graduates

Two area residents earned degrees at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology commencement in Cambridge on June 7. Richard Coppola, son of Mr and Mrs Henry Coppola of Berry Road Monroe, received a bachelor of science in electrical engineering. Ellen R Greenberg, daughter of Dr and Mrs Isidore S Greenberg of Lakewood Avenue Monticello, was awarded a bachelor of science in humanities and science.

Central Valley Woman Earns Education Degree at New Paltz

Miss Arlene J. Hoffman of Central Valley earned a bachelor of science in elementary education from State University College at New Paltz. A Monroe-Woodbury High School graduate, she accepted a teaching post at the new John W. Chorley Elementary School.
