Kosygin Addresses UN on Mideast Crisis in 1960s Meet

Soviet Premier Alexei Kosygin will address the United Nations General Assembly on the Mideast crisis, his first appearance at the Assembly. Attending alongside him are UAR Deputy Prime Minister Mahmoud Fawzi and Israeli Foreign Minister Abba Eban, with Secretary of State Dean Rusk expected later in the week.

Ammo truck missing in region Middletown

The Middletown State Police said a truck loaded with 57 000 pounds of small arms ammunition was missing after a theft from Denis Trucking Co in Poughkeepsie Middletown. Another truck with merchandise valued near 100 000 was recovered on Rt 17K near Bullville containing IBM machines and lighting gear.
