Newburgh Yacht Club: Hudson River maritime heritage thrives
Newburgh Yacht Club on Park Place traces to the turn of the century and sits near Storm King Mountain. The 256-member club features 145 boat slips, a 1902 clubhouse, and ongoing refurbishment including a restaurant and tap room. Four barges serve as a breakwater hauled from Philadelphia while 400 to 500 visitors yearly stop for gas, meals, or a porch view of the Hudson.
