Pa. expects 84 hookup in 1970

Official word to Assemblyman Benjamin A. Gilman from the Pennsylvania Highway Department says the Rt 84 sections will connect to the Orange County portion by 1970. Construction start is anticipated August or September 1968 with traffic opening about September 1970 and a Delaware River bridge link possible by fall 1969.
