Maybrook plans fall start for Goldmore housing project
Maybrook Planning Board chairman James Partington said Goldmore Corp of Forest Hills plans a mixed development starting this fall with 100 apartments in five buildings, 272 townhouses, and about 38 detached houses. A 5.3 acre park, a new Rt 268 exit, and water access constraints were noted.
