Prison escapeer recaptured after hostage deaths in Indiana
Riley Mosley Jr., 29, escaped from an Indiana State Prison farm detail and seized two women at a farm house near the prison. After holding the hostages for about six hours, he emerged surrendered. Two women were found dead inside the house and another was injured.

Benny dies as cancer grips fame's legend
Comedian Jack Benny, 80, is terminally ill with stomach cancer and choosing to spend his final days at home with family. Manager Irving Fein said Benny is sinking fast and not expected to last long.
