Former Sidney man among 20 injured in Utah wreck
Floyd Corbin, a former Sidney resident and Union Pacific conductor based in Chicago, was among twenty aboard a bus wreck near Cedar City Utah. He sustained a broken nose facial cuts and bruises and is hospitalized in noncritical condition. Mrs Corbin Ada Gerard, visiting at the Borland home, left after word arrived.

Ivan Nelson's Father Dies From Gasoline Explosion Burns
Ivan Nelson, manager of the shoe department at Greenlees Inc. received word in Tacoma that his father died from burns after a gasoline explosion. The elder Nelson was well known here and had visited his son for months before traveling west. He left for Tacoma Saturday morning.
