Rain totals in Dalton exceed normal yearly expectation
Dalton records 16.85 inches of precipitation this year with most falling since April 6. The Dal ton Delegate notes the last three months have been notably wet, a boost for next year’s crops and a lifeline for current prospects. A Tuesday shower added 13 inches in the area, extending westward, while the western Dalton table likely received more than other parts.

Fewer Pigs Reported In National Survey
