Mrs. Donald Marshall of Kimball was found in a semiconscious state Saturday with carbon monoxide gas exposure. Her mother, Mrs. Olive Orr, also suffered. both were Laundering near a gas heater and were rescued by Mr. Marshall who returned to the apartment after an hour. Physicians report Mrs. Marshall will recover.

George P. Kelso, 46, owner of the Gamble store, died at his home at 1525 Lincoln Street after a week of illness. Born August 20, 1891 in Willard, Missouri, he had been a Sidney merchant since September 1, buying the Gamble agency from C. S. Hemetway. Survived by wife Agnes Schroeter and daughter Elisabeth Ann, plus three brothers Lloyd Lee Osage Wyoming, John B. Cheyenne, Solin Willard, and his mother. burial arrangements not yet announced.

Virgil Ely, 26, son of Mrs Emma Ely of Sidney, suffered injuries in a head on crash early Sunday near Oshkosh in which two youths died. Clarence Northicutt, 16, and Ace Wickham, 19, both from prominent Oshkosh families, were killed. Burdette Pickard, 18, Adam Erb, 21, and Ely were injured. their conditions were not serious. Sheriff George Ridenour said Northicutt, Pickard and Wickham rode in one car while Erb and Ely were in the other.
