Regional AVL project eyed to speed emergency response
The Rural Emergency Services Regional AVL system aims to cut response times by routing Taber District units via real time GPS mapped on tablet PCs. The $286,298 project, funded by grants with MD Taber and partner towns, will display road networks water sources and points of interest to guide units to precise event locations.
