Horizon faces a multi year funding shortfall after an arbitrated ATA settlement left 1.17 percent short funding for this year and no new funds for AAWEI increases next year. Officials warn total gaps could reach over 2 million dollars in two years, risking 8 to 9 teachers and wider staff reductions.
