Horizon School Division warns of a looming funding gap of 795000 for next year with total two-year shortfalls over 2 million dollars. Officials say zero percent funding across categories plus removal of activity and graduation money, plus 1.17 percent shortfall from an arbitrated ATA settlement, threaten staffing cuts and strained reserves.
