Council to examine utility bylaw issues
Tabor town council plans to review Utility Bylaw No. 1-2010 after a delegation cited alleged misapplication. Barry and Brenda Conacher urged action, noting a formal Alberta Utilities Commission complaint and requesting council revisit interpretations and charges including disconnect and reconnect fees. The council voted to treat the presentation as information and will address the bylaw at the July 18 meeting.
