Eva Case Hamley born March 27 1856 in Barra County Michigan died March 12 1988 aged 181 years 11 months 12 days. She married Edwin Hamiley on September 9 1873 and lived in Steele City Nebraska Iowa and finally Topeka Kansas. Survived by sister Daisy Ellen Laughlin two sons Adelbert J and George Arthur and daughter Pearl Hammond plus five grandchildren and three great grandchildren. Funeral Monday at Presbyterian church Steele City with burial in Steele City Cemetery.
