The congregation plans Family Day next Sunday inviting every member to attend. Roll Call continues for card returns and a pageant The Women of the Bible will be performed by women with a chorus of youth. A recent Father and Son banquet drew 125 participants, hosted by the Ladies Aid and Young Women's Guild.
The Junior class presented Here Comes Charlie at the hall Saturday night to a warm reception despite cold weather. Ten roles were assigned with one Sophomore and a Senior stepping in for a missing cast member. Passwords praise the cast and coaches for a clean wholesome performance, with plans to rerun for those unable to attend.
The Girls Guild meets Thursday at Wilm e and Ina Ellison home with Violet Thrapp in charge. Treva to preside over officer elections. Lila McDonald asks contacts for those needing rides. Dinner at 12 o'clock in church basement. husbands welcome. Regular business session follows. last church-year meeting includes officer elections. Inter-Community band sponsors Saturday night March 10 novelty program at the ball with high school participants. admission 5 cents.
