Passing of Thomas Kelly
Funeral services were held at the First Presbyterian in Steele City for Thomas Kelly 84 who died suddenly Monday February 25 1929. He was born in Ireland November 25 and served in the Union Army twice captured by Confederates. Survived by daughters Marysville Kansas Steele City Kansas and Hiawatha Kansas plus five grandchildren. Interment in Steele City Cemetery with American Legion honors. Also mentions local notices and community events at Steele City.
