Mrs. W M Forsha Nancy Phelps born October 3 1854 near Battle Creek Michigan died December 30 1838 at the home of her niece Effie Evans St. Ann Nebraska aged 84 years 2 months and 27 days She taught in Jefferson county schools and married James D Forsha They had five children four died in infancy Her husband died March 1804 Her son Leo H Forsha died January 1932 She moved to Steele City after his death and later to live with Effie Evans Funeral services were held at the Presbyterian church Tuesday at 139 oclock Rev John B Filinger presiding Burial was at Alexander cemetery.
