The Presbyterian Church reports a good Sunday with a strong Junior and Senior group presence. Miss Small led the Senior meeting and Loraine and Edd Casall sang. A discussion on What We Believe continued at the joint session and next Tuesday December 13 a Sunday school teachers meeting is planned at A. T. Phelps home.
The Lincoln Star announces a special December price of 3.50 per year with daily only or 5.00 daily with Sunday for new and existing subscribers. The offer applies to Nebraska and Kansas addresses and can start immediately or on a chosen date.
Children will receive Christmas packages of candies and hats on December 21 at 8:30 p.m. A big Christmas tree is planned at the business district intersection for gift distribution.
