Injuries From House Move Cripple Mr Godden
John Godden suffered neck pain and injuries after a bannister failed while Doyle Godden moved furniture from the Cassell residence into storage in the Oake Franzen brick building. Doyle fell, striking Mr Godden’s head as Springs were passed to the ground. Doyle planned to take his father to a doctor in Fairbury due to the local physician’s vacation delay. Miss Lila McDonald will teach in Humboldt schools after leaving with her mother for today’s teacher meeting.
