Glorious Fourth Celebration Plans In Lemmon
The city prepares a two day Fourth of July program on July 5 and 6 with baseball featuring a potential July 4 game, a parade and extensive civic and entertainment sections. Circus Day in Lemmon Draws Big Crowd and Praise
A large crowd greeted the Gollmar Bros circus in Lemmon on Monday. Rainy weather didn’t deter visitors as Main Street filled for the parade and afternoon shows drew four to five thousand, with evening performances also well attended. Deputies helped maintain order, and the day was praised as a wholesome county frolic.
