Atlanta October 2 The Georgia House voted ninety to sixty three to empower the State Railroad Commissioners to review railroad cases contracts and agreements and null them if unconstitutional The move follows the Georgia Central and East Tennessee consolidation by Richmond Terminal and the relocation of its operating headquarters to Atlanta to ease legislative pressure The bill proceeds to the Senate where supporters expect passage
