Loxpox Nov 15 Cream the man who poisoned Matilda Clover and several other girls was hanged at Wooddock. He faced his fate quietly as a lever released the trap and he dropped into a five foot pit. The body was later removed and covered with quicklime. Cream, born in Glasgow in 1850, had a long career of alleged poisonings across Canada and the United States ending in his execution.
