Wake county Superior Court judgments order sale of parcel in Raleigh at the county courthouse door on April 25 1844 to the highest bidder for cash. The lot lies at the southeast corner of Woodworth and Moran streets, part of lot 115 on Shaffer's map, bounded by Laura A. Winston land and other properties, described in the deed of trust dated February 21 1858 and recorded in Wake county. A. W. Haywood and W. J. Pee, trustees, will conduct the sale at noon.
