In Une 1893 a stallion of Cherokee standard and rez chestont blood is described with odds and weights, tracing to sire Ken Frank who left a 2:30 mark in 1894. It lists descendants, speeds, and dam line details, noting a 218 percent line and affiliations to Sherman roastman and Old Hamble among others, with scattered pedigree data and appraisals.

The items include a 50 acre tract in Cary township adjoining Atlas Yate and others, a Raleigh lot fronting Davie Street, and a one half interest in a store and lot on Wilmington Street. The estate appears in the Mrs Laura Sorrell estate.
