Rome June 27. King Victor Emmanuel accepts the resignation of the Italian ministry tendered yesterday amid a cabinet crisis. The move follows parliamentary opposition and financial policy debates affecting the government.
On June 21, the Cortes introduced by the Ministry a plan to establish a free elementary education system and regulate labor hours for men women and children while setting disputes between masters and workers for arbitration or jury resolution.
