Terrible quake rocks Lenree, Scinde Territory. More than five hundred lives lost as large parts of the city lie in ruins. The shock extended to nearby towns, causing panic as residents fled to the mountains and streets filled with collapsed houses and debris.
Tremendous quake in Samos Island, reported from Athens on February 4, causes extensive loss of life and property with widespread destruction across settlements. Local authorities scramble for aid and rescue efforts amid ongoing aftershocks.
