Heggie Field Bought on Ten Year Payment Plan

The park board approved a ten year payment to James G. Heggie for Heggie Field to be a permanent northeast city playground. Ninety hundred dollars total cost if the contract is fulfilled, with seventy five dollars monthly for ten years, or thirty seven fifty if Mr. Heggie dies before termination.
