Favorites Win Nominations Democrats Cast Large Vote
A record Democratic vote and nominations of party favorites dominated the Will County primaries Tuesday. About 15,000 ballots were cast, a new high for the party, signaling strong potential for victory in the fall elections. The Republican slate included Robert W. Martin as county judge and others, with Milton Sonntag defeating incumbent probate clerk Frank Wheeler by about 1500 votes. Conrad J.
