Cattle Train Heads to Bozeman Ranch Stock
A train loaded with 600 head of cattle left Ray Wednesday headed for Bozeman Montana. Bought by T. W. Simpson and C. L. Ancen ey who attended to rounding up and shipping. George Ray and Lehmer Dunn also bought 1200 head more to be shipped May 10. They plan several loads to Bozeman to stock a large ranch. The buyers appear capable and experienced in this business.

Roy Village Trustees Back Road Appropriation Plan
At a Roy village trustees meeting a large turnout endorsed a bill backed by representative J Frank Gurps to allocate 20000 dollars for a Roy to Wagon Mound road via Red River Bridge. A separate Union County proposal seeks a State Road from At Creek to Rdy, creating a Clayton to Las Veras route. Obituary: Mrs J W Boulware of Selma Dies After Hospital Stay
Mrs J W Boulware died Sunday at Plumages Hospital after an operation failed to save her. Born in Selma Alabama March 22 1867 she joined Mt Zion Disciples in 1900 and married Richard W Jon Feb 11 1801. Survived by six children four sons and two daughters four grandchildren. Funeral held at residence Tuesday conducted by Rev C W Hearn interment Roy Cemetery.

Don Bradley Dies After Flu and Pneumonia in Mosquera
Don Bradley, a homesteader born in Covert Kansas April 16 1892, died at his Mosquera home after an illness of about three weeks that began with flu and led to pneumonia. He married Edna Hughbanks in May 1915 and had two children, Donald Lee and Ila Florence. Survived by his parents Mr and Mrs W C Bradley three brothers and one sister, he was buried at Bradley Cemetery after funeral at his residence conducted by Elder Tinker. Funeral notes and a local memorial followed in Dawson and at the Texas Marble works association ad is appended.

Miss Isabel Esquibel, youngest sister of Mrs Matilda Roy, died last week at age 17 after a long illness. She had been crippled since birth. The Catholic Church conducted by Father Felix Vachon. Interment followed at Roy Cemetery.
