Infant Dies in Mills Family Tragedy

The infant son of Mr and Mrs George Cochrane of Mills aged 12 months died Friday at Dr Self Hospital Roy after illness. Funeral services were held at the M. Church Mills with interment in Mills Cemetery. A card of thanks from the Cochrane family expresses gratitude for sympathy and support.

Merit Wins West Point and Annapolis Examinations Set For December 22

Senator A A Jones announced concurrent exams across New Mexico on December 22 to nominate two principals and two alternates to West Point and three principals with three alternates to Annapolis. Mora County NM School Money Apportioned 1917

Milner Rudulph, Superintendent of Schools for Mora County New Mexico, certifies the county school fund apportionment dated December 11 1917.
