Idaho Voters To Decide Six Constitutional Questions

Idaho voters will decide six constitutional questions in November. They cover allowing counties and towns to incur public indebtedness, authorizing bonds for railroads and internal improvements, extending county commissioners’ terms to four years, enabling general law for county officers, granting tax exemptions for future rail lines for up to ten years, and capping state property taxes at ten mills unless approved by voters.
