Mrs J P Spalding has opened a board and lodging house at her residence in the northeast part of town near the Fox hotel offering first class meals and rooms at reasonable rates.

He warns against lax enforcement, urges Idaho to pursue a state clean bill with Sanitary Board and Governor support, and notes federal quarantine powers. Salt Lake Utah August 15 1906 Dr C E Noble State Veterinarian Boise Idaho writes of hearty cooperation by Idaho wool growers with the sanitary board order to dip all sheep in spring and now fall dipping. He praises compliance and notes dangers of skipping dips year after year as a roof left open to winter elements.
G T Propper of Western Surety Company returns from business trip to the East connected with the San Francisco Idaho and Montana railroad project. He declined to publish progress details but indicated securing what was needed and potential further negotiations. W E Foran plans to travel to New York with gathered dates. Propper may travel east again soon.
