Also notice of a water diversion permit for Big Creek in Custer County with 40 acres irrigable, before Saloma J. Cleveland on December 7, 1907.

Death of Dr Collister Huston Shocks Challis Community
Local physician and druggist Dr. Collister P Huston died suddenly from peritonitis on Thursday night Oct 10 at 9 45. He was 35 or 36, born near Boise City, survived by his wife Mrs Huston and parents Chief Justice Joseph Huston and his wife. His remains were sent to Boise for burial, Dr Charles Baker to oversee Challis drug store in the interim.
