The State of Idaho sends greeting to Jobo Mack plaintiff and Ida Mack defendant in Custer County Challis Idaho district court. You must answer within twenty days if served in district or forty days if served outside. The action seeks dissolution of the bonds of matrimony and division of community property. The marriage began January 12 1538. no issue. plaintiff resides in Idaho. defendant deserted March 20 1905. If you fail to appear, the court may grant relief as prayed in the complaint. Dated September 27 1907.
