Notice for publication lists a settler named Dwight Pack filing intent to prove and perfect his homestead claim in Idaho. The proof will occur before U S Commissioner D E McCallum in Houston on date to verify residence and cultivation with witnesses Dickey Dickey Idaho Gani Nehoondver Noustan Idaho N J Sharp Register first published April 85 10.
May 7 publication notes that Ruwain Welk of Houston Idaho files a notice of intention to make proof on desert land claim No. fi for a land grant. Commissioner to hear witnesses including Wells Boyle Donohue O Neal Lane to prove irrigation and reclamation efforts. First publication May 7.
Notice is published that Mon Cullum of Houston Idaho has filed final proof for his homestead claim. He will prove residence and cultivation before the county examiner in Houston Idaho on May 24. Witnesses include Stephen Navarre Jeb Meow D jarte Jon Letina all of Houston. Register notes first publication April 1st.
