The Custer County Commissioners meet in Challis on April 9 1906 to approve retail liquor dealer bonds for Mal Branca Bayhorse Robert Campbell Clayton John Fantini Clayton K D Williams Robinson J H Hickey Bonanza K McKenzie Custer L LaSalle Pine Grove and Russell & Co Mackay. Officers and road overseers are examined and salaries for county officials set including Clerk Sheriff Assessor Treasurer Probate Judge School Superintendent Coroner and Surveyor. Adjournments note sessions through April 12 and April 30 with extensive road district adjustments and a long list of allowed current expense and road fund claims totaling numerous individuals and firms including Pioneer Binding Co Louise Bascom Wm Elder and J G Finnell.
