Notice states that on April 3 1908 at 2 P. M. before Saloma J. Cleveland in May Idaho proof will be submitted that Cora Jones holds Permit 193 issued by the Idaho State Engineer for diverting water at Jackass Spring at a rate of one cubic foot per second for domestic use. The water will be used at N W i S W i Sec 22 Tp 19 N R 4 E BM, with completion by April 25 1908. Address: Goldburg Custer Idaho. Engineer: Jas Stephenson Jr. First pub March 21.
