Emanuel Bell Dead Pioneer of Custer County
Emanuel Bell an old pioneer of Custer county died in Robinson on Tuesday morning March 14 1905 at 430 o clock. He had long prospected and mined with interests at Sheep Mountain and placer ground near Robinson Bar. A native of Portugal he was about 70 and known as a good honest man with many friends. Rest in peace.

Mrs Richards Dead In Challis After Long Illness
Mrs J H Richards daughter of Aaron Conover died in Challis Friday evening March 1905 after a lingering cancer. She leaves three daughters and three sons, an aged father and two sisters in Challis. A lifelong Birch Creek Challis resident, she was born in Utah about 50 years ago. Her husband died years ago on Birch Creek. Funeral held Challis Sunday 2 p m largely attended. Relatives have community sympathy.
