Sciatic Rheumatism Shortened Leg Two Inches and Shook System

An Egyptian press item from Marton Illinois profiles Monroe Peterson a 58 year old farmer near Johnson City who suffered for years from sciatic rheumatism after a 1961 drill injury. The disease left his right leg two inches shorter and caused involuntary body shaking like the St Vitus dance. He endured severe pain loss of muscle control and constant shaking forcing reliance on others and multiple doctors. After trying various remedies including Dr Wilkes Fish Pills he reports gradual improvement and regained ability to write and work at home despite lingering weakness, noting the pills improved his condition and aided circulation.
