Probate Court orders sale of real estate in Dodge estate

In the Probate Court of Custer County Idaho the executor A C Omar petitions to sell part of Sarah J Dodge’s real estate to pay debts and administration costs. The court orders all interested parties to appear July 2 to show cause why the executor should not be granted authorization to sell enough property and to publish the order weekly in The Silver Messenger for four weeks.
